OVER TEN YEARS OF SUCCESS
As we passed our ten-year anniversary, we can look back on rapid growth and success thanks to our unique patented system and pro-active approach to repairing potholes and other surface defects.
The nu-phalt™ Thermal Road Repair System was developed by our team as an alternative to traditional road and pothole repair methods, which are costly, noisy, and create waste and dust. The thermal heater produces a permanent, heat-sealed, seamless repair to re-establish the original integrity of the road, and only a minimum of new material is needed.
In order to reduce carbon emissions, minimise disruption to the public and traffic, and facilitate a faster repair, we created an entire solution in one vehicle. This includes custom-built hot boxes for the new material as well the thermal heater, emulsion, roller, and everything needed for road and pothole repair.
BETTER FOR THE ROAD, BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
The multi-award winning nu-phalt™ Thermal Road Repair System has won numerous industry health and safety awards.
We believe nu-phalt™ represents the future of road and pothole repair, and remain committed to developing innovative, cost-effective and greener solutions for the road and pothole repair industry.
Nu-phalt™ is a subsidiary of nu-phalt™ Group Ltd. Our proud engineering heritage extends to our sister company, Clean Burner Systems, a leading British manufacturer of gas burners and high-quality components for domestic and commercial applications.
EXCELLENCE IN HEALTH & SAFETY
Our positive health and safety culture underpins our entire business activity and we are committed to the safety of those affected by our activities.
That’s why in 2008 we achieved SAFEcontractor status, the benchmark for health and safety standards. In addition, we have GASTEC accreditation for the system.
